Purchase Terms & Conditions

By purchasing any product or service from Upsell Health, you agree to the following terms.

1. All Sales Are Final on Digital Products
Because our workbooks, templates, and guides are digital downloads, all Digital Shop purchases are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

2. No Refunds on Courses
Due to the digital nature of our programs, we do not offer refunds on any course purchases, including the Wellness Empire Blueprint, High Vibe Frequency, and Brain Healing Blueprint. Please review all course information carefully before purchasing. If you have questions before buying, reach out at upsellhealth@gmail.com.

3. Payment Plans
If you purchase on a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments regardless of whether you use the product. Missed payments may result in suspended access until resolved.

4. Discount Codes
Discount codes must be applied at checkout. They cannot be applied after a purchase is completed.

5. Digital Delivery
All digital products are delivered by email or through our course platform. Please make sure your email address is correct at checkout. Check your spam folder if you don't see your delivery within 24 hours. Contact us if you have any trouble.

6. Intellectual Property
All Upsell Health content -- courses, workbooks, templates, frameworks, and the Practitioner Archetype system -- is owned by Upsell Health. Your purchase gives you a personal license to use the content for your own business. You may not resell, share, or distribute any materials.

7. Not Medical Advice
Upsell Health is a marketing education company. Nothing we offer is medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for health-related decisions.

8. Results
We can't guarantee specific results. Outcomes depend on your individual effort, experience, and circumstances.

9. Agency Services
Done-for-you and agency service packages are governed by a separate service agreement, not these terms.
